i hate HATE HATE HATE retainers.
they are even worse than braces themselves. i thought that the worst was over after the braces got taken out, but it seems that the worst is yet to come, in the form of retainers.
Chewww got so excited abt wanting to see my teeth without braces that she accompanied me to the dentist on Tuesday although she was supposed to stay at home and study for her exam. and then she got envious cos my teeth are straight and hers arent. :P hahahah.
this time, my appointment was at 1.30, i reached there at 1.20, and the dentist called me in at 2. so much for efficiency of government services, hmpf. Chewww was quite patient but i was damn annoyed already. waiting for more than 10 mins is already beyong my limit. well, Chewww isnt the one that has to wait for at least HALF AN HR each time she goes to see the dentist just cos the dentist is taking her own sweet time eating her lunch.
waited for like 40 mins to see the dentist for 1 minute. -_- she just gave me my retainers, showed me how to put then on, and sent me off.
already couldnt stand the retainers the first 5 mins i put them on, and i still cannot stand them now.
anyway, still had time before going back to sch so both of us headed to Central at Clarke Quay! ate Man Jia Le's peanut butter toast and Kung Fu milk tea/chin chow[DAMN NICE], Chippy's cheesy curry chicken/cheese sausage. yum yum. but felt damn guilty afterwards.
back to sch, studied/did hw for a while.
feel like eating KFC/Burger King now.
